LEAD ENGINEER - DIESEL INJECTION |

Full Time, Permanent.
The successful applicant will have a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on internal combustion engines, as well as have a good level of engineering experience. Experience in the design, testing and hydraulic modeling of diesel injection hardware and technology as well as excellent knowledge of reciprocating engine thermodynamics and combustion, with a solid background in pollutant formation (particulates, NOx, UHC, CO) and exhaust aftertreatment are essential. You should have familiarity with controls concepts and control strategies for reciprocating engines and a demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives. You will also have proven interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-oriented, international environment, as well as a global mindset and customer focus. Good experience in developing diesel and/or gas engines is also required. You will also be an experienced user of hydraulic modeling tools (AMESIM, GT-FUEL) and have experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology. Experience with 3D CFD injector and spray modeling as well as familiarity with quality management method and ideally MBB/ BB, DFSS certification is also required.
